With our Department of Labor accredited Apprenticeship Program, we ensure our employees receive the proper training required to earn their Journeyman Lineman Certification. This program has aided in establishing a core group of leaders and coaches tasked with mentoring apprentices as they grow in their positions while keeping safety at the forefront.
